Shaping the Landscape of New England College Baseball
The New England Intercollegiate Baseball Association (NEIBA) serves as the unifying voice, governing network, and historical archive for collegiate baseball across all six New England states.
Spanning NCAA Divisions I, II, and III, our association connects coaches, players, administrators, and fans to honor the rich tradition of the regional game while driving its future innovation and growth.
Our Core Objectives
The foundation of NEIBA is built upon a shared commitment to the integrity, development, and promotion of the sport. As outlined in our association by-laws, our definitive mission is driven by six core objectives:
Elevate the Game
Continuously working to help improve the quality, execution, and competitive standard of collegiate baseball throughout New England.
Promote Regional Talent
Actively championing and promoting college baseball in our area to maximize visibility for our student-athletes and member programs.
Uphold Professional Integrity
Encouraging among New England coaches a deeper sense of personal and professional responsibility for the conduct and development of the game, always in accordance with the highest traditions of intercollegiate competition.
Foster Collaborative Dialogue
Providing a dedicated, collaborative forum to discuss matters of mutual athletic, administrative, and strategic interest regarding the sport of baseball.
Share Knowledge & Resources
Assisting in the continuous dissemination of vital baseball information through peer discussions, organized meetings, and educational clinics to all interested coaches in the region.
Maintain Unified Governance
Ensuring a strong, connected network through active participation in at least one comprehensive annual association meeting.
What We Do
Weekly Regional Rankings
Through a dedicated voting process built for coaches, by coaches, NEIBA tabulates and publishes the official weekly regional polls for Divisions I, II, and III, setting the definitive benchmark for team success in the northeast.
The Joe Walsh All-Star Game
Every season, we bring the region's elite collegiate talent together under one roof to showcase their skills in our historic annual All-Star game—a premier scouting and celebratory event for New England baseball.
The NEIBA Hall of Fame
We proudly preserve the legacy of our sport by enshrining the legendary coaches, administrators, and regional icons whose dedication and passion forever shaped the diamond's history in New England.
